Damian Ricardo born December 14,1990 to Malesa Palmer and Gary McClinton, known today as Wolfgang Inc's "Young Gunna" started his career at the early age of 11 thus, taking the name DBlack, following the influence of his two older family members, Broadus (BPalma) Palmer and Antonio (Skinny Palms) Palmer. Ricardo then linked up with one of his childhood friends, C.J. (Ace) Wade and Devon (Stretch) Armstrong and together they formed Drama Team, a squad fusing the hoods 640 and c-Blok together into one group. After creating a buzz in the local area Ricardo, Ace, and Stretch started devising new plans to promote themselves by passing out demos at school and to family members and friends. Ricardo also started making beats for P.O.T and Kapus, capturing the attention of a whole new audience. By the time Ricardo was 16, BPalma his, "big brother from another mother" decided to take him under his wing and school him on the music buisiness. In August 2006 Freak Aliaz and BPalma formed WolfGang Inc, recruiting their first artist/producer Damian Ricardo, dropping their first hit single, "Sittin Here" featuring Quis. By the time BPalma released his first mixtape under the WolfGang Inc name, Ricardo was right there with him, selling up to 3000 copies. By August 2008, Ricardo released his hit single, "Ecstacy", and continued pumping out single after single ever since. Today Ricardo, still loyal to the WolfGang Inc family, is working on an album out of LaVa Camp Studios and says "Its not just music", "Its a buisiness and those who aren't in the buisiness state of mind may as well not even be doin' music".
